At All4spas, we do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below, you'll find all the important information about our shipping processes.

Please contact us if you wish to place an order outside these regions.
Postage costs
- Standard shipping (accessories): €6.95 within the Netherlands
- Shipping of large products such as spa covers: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and delivery method. We'll show you the exact price during checkout.
- Free shipping: Free shipping is offered on selected products or promotions — this is clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery times
- Accessories: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Spa covers and other bulky products: Delivery time: 5-10 business days. We'll schedule a suitable delivery time in consultation with you.
We will keep you informed about the status of your order by email.
Spa Covers Episode
Spa covers are delivered on pallets or by special transport. Ensure the delivery location is easily accessible by truck. In some cases, delivery to the door is possible; in other cases, curbside delivery.
Damage on delivery
Check your order upon receipt. If there is any damage, please note it immediately on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours. info@all4spas.nl with photos of the damage. We will then provide a suitable solution.
Not at home upon delivery
For spa cover deliveries, we'll contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time. For standard packages, the carrier will make another delivery attempt or take the package to a collection point.
